What you'll do:
- Engage with potential customers, set and confirm appointments.
- Assess painting job requirements and provide clear, detailed estimates.
- Prepare proposals based on what was discussed with customers.
- Actively follow up until the deal is closed.
- Maintain strong communication with customers through the completion of each project.
- Collaborate with the painting crews to ensure customer satisfaction and job completion.
- Proactively generate at least 20% of your own leads by identifying new sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly performance goals.
What you'll bring:
- Industry experience in painting is a huge advantage, though not required.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong computer and Internet skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a passion for performance-based pay.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is beneficial.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends is a must.
