Job Description

About Pink’s

Established in 2020, Pink’s was born out of the desire to bring dignity back to the blue-collar service industry. Tired of the stigma of workers showing up late or leaving jobs unfinished, Pink’s is here to change the narrative by bringing back the days of knowing and trusting the people working on your home or business. Founded on the idea of world-class service at a fair price, our Brand Promise is to be The Best Houseguest Ever.

If you’re passionate about customer service, enjoy leading others, and thrive in a hands-on role, this opportunity is for you.

Position Overview

As our Field Operations Supervisor, you’ll step into a unique role that combines high-quality fieldwork with day-to-day operational support. You’ll lead by example in the field, help coordinate schedules and logistics, oversee job quality, and support the owner in managing team performance and operational efficiency.

In the near term, this role includes working alongside the team in a hands-on capacity—cleaning windows, power washing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Over time, it’s designed to evolve into a broader leadership role with increased responsibility for team supervision, business operations, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Work

  • Perform window cleaning (interior/exterior), power washing, track/screen/gutter cleaning, and soft washing for residential and commercial clients (as needed)

  • Lead job-site execution, delegate tasks, and maintain safety and efficiency

  • Conduct pre- and post-job customer communication, including walkthroughs and payment collection

  • Maintain van organization, equipment, and job site cleanliness

Operational Support

  • Assist with daily scheduling and job assignments to ensure productivity

  • Help oversee job quality, customer feedback, and team performance

  • Communicate with team members regarding expectations, arrival times, and materials needed

  • Support inventory tracking and equipment maintenance

  • Serve as a point person for field problem-solving and client escalations in the owner’s absence

  • Help onboard and support new technicians as the team grows

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership potential

  • Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor (lifting 40+ lbs., working on ladders)

  • Self-starter with a team-first mindset and a desire to grow with the business

  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

  • Ability to flex between working in the field and managing behind-the-scenes logistics

  • Background in hospitality, customer service, or light operations a plus (window cleaning experience not required)

Why Join Pink’s?

  • Competitive pay

  • Strong brand and tight-knit, high-energy team

  • Room to grow into leadership as the business expands

  • Purpose-driven work with a company that values professionalism, fun, and respect

Compensation: $20–30/hour (hourly + tips)
Benefits: Biweekly health stipend, 2 weeks PTO, & paid holidays
Schedule: Full-time, 30–40 hours/week, with occasional overtime opportunities of up to 50 hours/week during peak periods.
