Position Details and Responsibilities

• 1:1 patient care
• Working with pediatric/adult patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator
• Documenting electronically
• Patient assessments
• In-person Training
• Developing meaningful long-term relationships

Throughout the day you will utilize your skills independently to provide 1:1 care to your patient.

Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing. LVN or RN license required
• Maintains a current CPR certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred)
• Pediatric experience (preferred)
