What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled one-on-one care for pediatric clients with medical complexities (trach, vent, tube feeding, seizures, infusions, etc.)
• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform trach/vent care and management
• Monitor and assess physical, psychological, and social needs
• Document care accurately and timely
• Educate and support families
• Assist with ADLs as needed

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina
• Current CPR certification (we’ll provide if needed)
• Passion for pediatric/home care and a warm, professional demeanor
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Reliable transportation

Trach & Vent experience is preferred, but we are willing to fully train dedicated nurses.
