Job Description

Client Resource Manager Full-Time | Healthcare Services

About First Place Pediatrics

At First Place Pediatrics, we're on a mission to raise the standard of pediatric home care — for families, nurses, and the children we serve. As a network of boutique pediatric health providers, we specialize in long-term, high-acuity care that's reliable, consistent, and built on real commitment. We believe caring for medically complex children isn't a pick-up-a-shift job — it's a calling. That's why we invest in our people, our processes, and our partnerships to create a system that truly works. If you're driven by purpose and want to be part of something better, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for healthcare? We're looking for a Client Resource Manager to serve as the essential link between our clients — including hospitals, medical groups, insurance providers, and individual patients — and our internal teams. In this role, you'll ensure every client receives outstanding, tailored service while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals, medical groups, insurance providers, and individual patients
  • Coordinate medical resources — including staff, equipment, and facilities — to meet client requirements efficiently
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests; troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Tailor services to each client's unique needs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational standards
  • Oversee client contracts and assist with negotiations and renewals as needed
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and provide educational support on available services and medical processes
  • Collaborate with billing and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Collect and analyze client data; prepare reports on service delivery, engagement, and resource utilization
  • Partner with healthcare providers, medical staff, and administrators to ensure high-quality, timely service delivery
  • Identify and implement best practices to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare client management, medical services, or healthcare operations
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare services, and client management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse client groups
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
