RN Clinical Supervisor – Pediatric Home Care

Orange County, CA

We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor (RN) who is passionate about pediatric home care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a team that’s growing and building something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive and review new patient referrals and determine care needs

  • Assign appropriate clinicians based on skillset and case requirements

  • Oversee and support clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

  • Review patient diagnoses, medications, and plans of care

  • Guide clinicians in developing short- and long-term care goals

  • Participate in and lead case conferences to ensure coordinated care

  • Conduct quarterly chart audits and provide feedback

  • Support hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new clinical staff

  • Assist with training, education, and process improvement initiatives

  • Help shape and improve clinical processes, policies, and standards

  • Be a go-to resource for clinicians during operating hours


What We’re Looking For

  • Active RN license (California)

  • Home health experience required (pediatric or private duty nursing strongly preferred)

  • Experience managing a caseload

  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership mindset

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Passion for mentorship and team development

  • BSN preferred
