First Place Pediatrics (FPP) is a growing platform of pediatric home care companies focused on delivering consistent, high-quality care to medically complex children. We partner with entrepreneurial operators and integrate thoughtfully — balancing strong local leadership with centralized finance, systems, and support. As we grow through acquisition, our Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and stability during transition periods.
We are seeking a highly hands-on Accounting Manager to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This role reports to the VP of Finance and is critical to maintaining payroll accuracy, balance sheet integrity, and compliance across the organization.
The Accounting Manager will play a key role in post-closing M&A integrations, supporting newly acquired businesses prior to full integration into the FPP ecosystem. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, quick to learn new systems, and willing to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced environment.
