About the Role

As an LVN with First Place Pediatrics, you will provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes. Each day may begin with reviewing a personalized care plan for your patient—perhaps a sweet 5-year-old with special medical needs—followed by hands-on clinical care and meaningful connection.

Your responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing specialized care tailored to each child’s needs. You’ll also engage in age-appropriate activities, play games, and help create a safe, positive environment for healing and growth.

As a home health nurse, you are more than a clinician—you are a trusted partner to families. You will work closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance, education, and reassurance so they feel confident supporting their child’s care.

Language Preference

• Bilingual / Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred

Requirements

• Current California LVN license

• Current CPR certification

• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
