Senior Manager of Technology

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Type: Full-Time

First Place Pediatrics (FPP) is a pediatric private duty nursing organization dedicated to supporting medically complex children and their families in the home. We partner closely with our clinicians and care teams to deliver high-quality, reliable care while building systems that support stability, growth, and long-term success. As we continue to grow, we are focused on strengthening our infrastructure, investing in technology, and creating scalable processes that support both patient care and our teams.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of Technology to lead and manage our organization’s technology operations. This role oversees outsourced IT services, enterprise SaaS applications, and information security while supporting day-to-day business needs. The ideal candidate is both strategic and technical—comfortable rolling up their sleeves while driving long-term improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee third-party IT service providers to ensure performance, reliability, and alignment with business goals

  • Administer enterprise SaaS platforms, including license management, configuration, and deployment

  • Lead technology projects such as office IT setup, networking equipment implementation, and infrastructure improvements
  • Design and manage key workflows and system integrations, including:
    • Employee onboarding and offboarding

    • End-user support processes

    • Data flow, reporting, and SaaS integrations

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s information security program, tools, and policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, security, and scalability across technology systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in IT or technology management

  • Experience managing outsourced IT providers and enterprise SaaS environments

  • Strong understanding of networking, cloud-based systems, and infrastructure projects

  • Background in information security, risk management, and compliance frameworks

  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • A hands-on leader who can work effectively with vendors and internal teams
