Clinical Supervisor – Military & Veterans
Location: California | Full‑Time, Exempt

In this role, you will:

• Provide clinical oversight for home health nursing services tailored to the unique needs of military families.

• Review and assign cases, mentor clinicians, and ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

• Serve as a liaison between FPP and military families, advocating for resources and support.

• Collaborate with TRICARE, VA, case managers, and community partners to ensure seamless care transitions.

• Lead case conferences, staff trainings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Who you are:

• A Registered Nurse licensed in California; a BSN is preferred.

• At least two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in home health.

• A champion of professional practice with current CPR certification and outstanding communication skills.

• Military experience or connection (service member, veteran, or family) is a plus—but a commitment to understanding military culture and needs is essential.

• A self‑starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
