Position Title: Technical Program Manager Department: Development/Engineering Reports To: Chief Technology Officer Supervises: N/A FLSA Status: Exempt Shift: Day Position Summary: We are seeking a talented Technical Program Manager! The Technical Program Manager role is responsible for overseeing complex projects from the initial stages of planning and development through to completion and handover. Qualified candidates are expected to operate efficiently within a given or projected budget and meet deadlines. The Technical Program Manager will bring value to the team by utilizing their Agile/Waterfall/Six-Sigma style project management knowledge to ensure projects are implemented using best practices with all teams across both organizations. This Technical Program Manager role requires a deep understanding of the technology industry, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties of the position include the following, and other duties may be assigned: Researching trends and gathering resources on new exam opportunities, facilities, and program changes Overseeing the planning and coordination of new states, programs, and exams. Providing guidance on subject-matter projects to fellow employees and management teams. Leading client communication around experiment outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct regular meetings to ensure stakeholders are informed about program status, issues, and risks. Leading client onboarding, including scheduling, coordination of internal resources, and handover to technical team. Providing feedback on the success and/or failure of certain projects and initiatives. Developing and executing comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with client and company goals. Identifying and assessing potential risks and issues impacting program success. Serves as a liaison with internal and external constituencies on all matters relating to program activities; Represents the Company with respect to program activities on a local, regional, and/or national basis. Creates, produces, and delivers a range of promotional, educational, and informational presentations, and/or resource materials related to program activities and initiatives. Oversees and/or coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of program activity data Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in program execution. Provides operating goals and objectives for the program; identifies opportunities to enhance program operations in order to achieve greater efficiencies and effectiveness and to fulfill program objectives outlined within the contract. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field preferred, or 2 years of equivalent experience required. Two years of proven experience in a client management position preferred. Strong knowledge of budgeting, researching, and report writing. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities. Good time management and organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Client relationship building skills. Ability to liaise between technical and non-technical speakers.
