Job Description

Senior-Level Project Manager needed for electrical hardware manufacturing company. In-office position in far North Dallas-Fort Worth area. 

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for large-scale electrical panel manufacturing projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery in the manufacturing domain.
• Coordinate with internal (Sales, Engineering, Production, QC, Shipping and Receiving) and external stakeholders (Customers and vendors) to align project goals and expectations related to panel manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards specific to electrical panel manufacturing.
• Provide technical direction and support to project teams involved in the manufacturing process.
• Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements as needed to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success in the manufacturing sector.
• Ownership of managing project management software.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field highly preferred.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Extensive experience in managing complex electrical manufacturing projects is required.
• Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and project management practices.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of UL standards, including UL891, UL508A, and UL67.
• Proficient in using project management software, such as Jira.
