Job Description

We are working with a Private Equity-backed Dallas Energy investment company that is looking to add a Corporate Development Finance Associate to its team. This position will join a small but growing team and be the go-to for valuations, corporate modeling, board presentations, etc. Will also work closely with the executive team and the PE team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
1-3 years of Investment Banking experience; upstream O&G focus
Strong Excel, financial modeling, and presentation skills
