• Troubleshooting communication/radio/RTU device issues
• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Managing and securing Ignition databases. Setting up files for new wells and existing wells in Ignition. Administration of Ignition users. Training field and office employees on Ignition
• Designing, preparing and implementing graphic templates
• Creating custom and canned reports
• Managing third party contractors during any special project operations
• Building programs/ PLC’s to utilize A.I.
• Assisting IT in managing interfaces and databases
• Working with IT Team to design, implement and validate third-party data collection and integration engines
• Maintaining documentation for code modifications in projects and application integrations
• Monitoring, maintaining and responding to change and incident requests which originate from an internal ticketing system

• Able to work with field instrumentation and measurement (IM) technicians
• Able to use SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) and Python scripting to develop and maintain queries and stored procedures
• Familiar with: AutoPilot, AutoPilot Pro, ROC, SCADAPack, Modbus and native protocols
• Knowledge of Ignition Designer and the Vision/Perspective visualization tools to facilitate human machine interfaces (HMI)
• Knowledge of Autosol ACM, FlowCal, and Merrick Procount to maintain data integration to other applications desired
