A private upstream Oil & Gas operating company located in Dallas, TX is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst.  This position will report to the VP of Finance & Investor Relations and will work closely with the executive team.  Responsibilities will include attending all fundraising meetings, preparing presentations, interacting with investors, maintaining  investor and prospect databases, and other IR functions/responsibilities as assigned.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career long-term with a stable, growing company!

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and 2-3+ years of corporate finance experience 
• Proven work experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience with financial modeling required 
• Strong work ethic and presentation skills 
• Ability to travel as needed
