About Us: A Different Kind of Educational Partner
At e&e Educational Partners, we do things differently. Led by a 20-year veteran of special education, we walked away from the high-volume corporate agency model that treats passionate educators like numbers.
We operate on a retention-first philosophy. This means we focus entirely on long-term culture fit, classroom continuity, and ensuring you feel supported, valued, and empowered to make a real difference.
We are currently building a dedicated speech-language pathology team for high-impact, in-person placements within highly regarded public school systems throughout the Greater Detroit area.
