Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based

About Us: A Different Kind of Educational Partner

At e&e Educational Partners, we do things differently. Led by a veteran of special education, we walked away from the high-volume corporate agency model that treats passionate educators like numbers.

We operate on a retention-first philosophy. This means we focus entirely on long-term culture fit, classroom continuity, and ensuring you feel supported, valued, and empowered to make a real difference.

We are currently building our speech-language pathology team for high-impact, in-person placements within public school communities across Loudoun County and Northern Virginia. Exact campus assignments (elementary, secondary, or itinerant) are customized based on your clinical strengths, caseload preferences, and commute.

  • Develop, implement, and manage measurable IEP goals aligned with Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL)

  • Provide direct and push-in/pull-out therapy services individually or in small groups across general education and special education settings

  • Lead and participate in school-level eligibility committees, IEP team meetings, and Child Study team consults

  • Collaborate with special education teachers, classroom staff, OTs, PTs, and parents to integrate communication strategies into daily routines

  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and service tracking in accordance with Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

  • Licensure: Active Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology license (or Postgraduate Professional License with endorsement in Speech Language Disorders)

  • Clearance: Ability to complete standard Virginia school district background checks and TB screening

  • Key Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, collaborative mindset, and strong written and verbal communication skills

What We Offer

  • Competitive, guaranteed hourly pay structure

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits

  • Financial Security: Paid Time Off (PTO) plus a 4% 401(k) company match
