Job Description

Special Education Teacher

Location: Leesburg, VA Area

Job Type: Full-time and part-time positions available

About Us: A Different Kind of Educational Partner

At e&e Educational Partners, we do things differently. Led by a 20-year veteran of special education, we walked away from the high-volume corporate agency model that treats passionate educators like numbers.

We operate on a retention-first philosophy. This means we focus entirely on long-term culture fit, classroom continuity, and ensuring you feel supported, valued, and empowered to make a real difference.

We are currently building a dedicated special education team for high-impact, in-person placements within highly regarded public school systems throughout the Leesburg and Loudoun County area. Exact school building assignments will be customized and matched based on your specific location preferences, skill set, and commute.
