About Us: A Different Kind of Educational Partner

At e&e Educational Partners, we do things differently. Led by a 20-year veteran of special education, we walked away from the high-volume corporate agency model that treats passionate educators like numbers.

We operate on a retention-first philosophy. This means we focus entirely on long-term culture fit, classroom continuity, and ensuring you feel supported, valued, and empowered to make a real difference.

We are currently building a dedicated speech-language pathology team for high-impact, in-person placements within highly regarded public school districts across the Greater San Antonio area. Exact campus assignments will be customized and matched based on your specific location preferences, clinical skill set, and commute.
