Distribution Driver

Position Overview

Looking for a dependable driver who takes pride in great customer service and reliable deliveries. This Distribution Associate/Driver role puts you behind the wheel of a cargo van, delivering small parts to customers throughout the Lehigh Valley area. No CDL required, just a clean driving record and a great attitude.

Salary: $21/hour
Location: Schnecksville, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Drive a company cargo van to deliver small parts and components to customer locations
• Load, unload, and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Interact directly with customers at delivery sites, representing the company professionally
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any delivery issues promptly
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed (picking, packing, organizing inventory)
• Perform basic vehicle checks to ensure safe, reliable operation

Requirements

Required:

• Previous driving experience (no CDL needed)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently

Preferred:

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience
• Familiarity with local delivery routes in the Lehigh Valley area
