Salary: Competitive pay based on experience
Location: Pittsburgh, Pa Servicing Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, and Northern West Virginia (various commercial construction sites)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as project schedules require

Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures on commercial new construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project requirements
- Lead and coordinate plumbing crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other trades for seamless project execution
- Install and connect pipes, fittings, fixtures, and related plumbing equipment
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues that arise during construction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers and company leadership
Requirements
Required:
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License
- Proven commercial plumbing experience with a strong focus on new construction
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, building codes, and industry regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively with multiple trades on active construction sites
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience
