Responsibilities

Training Development & Delivery

  • Support development of training materials aligned with individual and team development plans across all entities
  • Assist in creating agendas, presentations, and learning activities grounded in adult learning principles for in-person, virtual, and online delivery
  • Design and develop engaging resources including training videos, SOPs, technical materials, and e-learning modules
  • Upload, organize, and maintain content in the Learning Management System (LMS); assign training, monitor completion, and recommend course offerings
  • Coordinate training schedules, manage logistics, and support leadership development programs from communications to progress tracking
  • Support logistics for leadership retreats and development events, including location, scheduling, and equipment

System Oversight & Compliance Tracking

  • Run LMS and training reports; send reminders to support on-time completion of required training
  • Serve as a first point of contact for Organizational Development requests and basic system troubleshooting
  • Maintain deadline-driven tracking documents and follow up to support compliance and reporting
  • Assist with performance management cycle documentation and timelines
  • Distribute employee surveys, monitor response rates, and summarize data for senior leadership
  • Maintain departmental metrics and contribute to monthly reporting

Change, Assessment & Organizational Support

  • Keep training and program documentation current; support assessment activities across L&D initiatives
  • Assist with coordination tasks related to organizational change initiatives
  • Gather and organize information to support development of organizational programs and processes
  • Support job description audits and org structure updates as directed
  • Partner with HR to align training and OD activities with broader HR initiatives

Administrative & Department Support

  • Monitor and order supplies to support departmental operations
  • Promote company-wide events, training opportunities, and development programs across subsidiaries
  • Coordinate logistics for training programs, workshops, and organizational events

Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in training coordination, HR support, administrative support, project coordination, or a customer-facing role requiring strong organization and communication
  • Experience creating or supporting training and development content
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar digital platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and anticipate needs
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Continuous improvement and growth mindset — comfortable learning new tools and systems

Preferred:

  • Experience in commercial construction, architectural millwork, manufacturing, or a related industry
  • Background in change management, organizational development, or survey/data collection
