Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full oil and gas division, setting strategic objectives aligned with company goals
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within budget and timeline constraints
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices
• Supervise hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development for division staff
• Coordinate procurement, equipment purchasing, inventory control, and supply chain logistics
• Manage payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for the division
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and innovative management techniques
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and vendor partnerships to secure favorable terms
• Promote a safety-first culture through audits, training sessions, and incident investigations

Experience

• Track record of successfully managing projects and operations within the oil and gas sector or related energy industries
• History of leading and supervising diverse teams in fast-paced, operationally complex environments
• In-depth understanding of industry regulations, safety protocols, environmental standards, and compliance requirements
• Skilled in negotiating contracts and vendor agreements to secure maximum value
• Background in recruiting, onboarding, training staff on technical procedures, and building team capabilities
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems, POS operations where applicable, and procurement processes
• Proven ability to manage budgets while upholding high safety and operational standards
