Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to utilize their technical expertise to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. We're seeking dedicated professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and have a strong foundation in commercial HVAC systems.
Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location:  Gibsonia, PA 15044
Service Area: Pittsburgh area, including parts of Ohio and West Virginia
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (plus on-call for after-hours emergencies as needed)

Responsibilities

Service and maintain commercial HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), and split systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal system performance
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs at various client locations throughout the Pittsburgh area
Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and explain service needs
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Travel to job sites using company-provided vehicle and equipment
Respond to after-hours emergency calls when on rotation

Required:

Proven experience with commercial boilers, chillers, RTUs, and split systems
Strong mechanical knowledge and property maintenance background
Reliable, motivated, and customer service-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel throughout Pittsburgh area and into Ohio and West Virginia
Must pass background check and drug screening

Preferred:

5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
Controls experience (BAS/BMS systems)
EPA certification
Trade school education or technical certifications
