Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
- PTO: 3 weeks paid time off

Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Manage personal and business accounts across multiple entities
- Oversee personal banking, credit card reconciliation, and trust account administration
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, and financial tracking reports
- Process money transfers and coordinate with tax professionals
- Utilize accounting software for bookkeeping and account management
Administrative Support
- Provide high-level executive support to two Executives
- Coordinate digital communications via Teams, email, and shared drives
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Travel & Personal Assistance
- Arrange all travel logistics including flights, hotels, car rentals, and private aviation
- Handle personal errands including vehicle maintenance, dry cleaning, and deliveries
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage day-to-day details for both executives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role
- Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
- Experience with accounting or bookkeeping software
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively with direct, fast-paced leadership styles
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and personal matters
- Flexibility to adapt to varying preferences and communication styles
Work Environment
- In-office Monday through Friday (standard business hours)
- No remote work; consistent daily on-site presence required
