Streets Division Manager

Location: Corsicana, TX
Pay Rate: $28.77/hour

Dudley Staffing is seeking an experienced Streets Division Manager to lead street maintenance operations, supervise multiple crews, and ensure high-quality repair and construction of streets, alleys, and drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support street, drainage, and alley maintenance crews

• Operate and oversee heavy equipment (graders, backhoes, dump trucks, etc.)

• Inspect job sites for safety, quality, and compliance

• Plan, assign, and monitor daily work activities

• Assist with budgeting, cost estimates, and supply coordination

• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Participate in emergency call-outs and after-hours operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred

• 7+ years street/alley construction experience

• 5+ years supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, equipment operation, and engineering plans

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in extreme conditions

• Valid Texas Class A CDL (or ability to obtain within one year)

• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing

• Must obtain:

  • Pesticide Applicator’s License (within 1 year)

  • Fuel Tank Operator A Certification (within 1 year)
