Contract | Long-Term | Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)
Pay: $20–$25 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Time Keeper to support our operations team in accurately tracking labor hours, preparing daily reports, and ensuring timely documentation. This remote, long-term contract role is ideal for someone who excels in administrative accuracy and enjoys working with numbers and reporting.
Receive daily labor hours from the Superintendent and accurately enter all time data.
Maintain detailed records of employee and contractor hours across multiple projects.
Prepare daily reports outlining hours, rates, and total labor costs.
Generate daily cost summaries to support management decision-making.
Monitor hours for accuracy and compliance; follow up on discrepancies.
Support increased workload as needed—typically 20 hours/week, with potential increases to 30 hours/week during outages or peak activity.
Maintain confidentiality of all personnel and project information.
1+ year of experience in timekeeping, payroll support, administrative coordination, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet/reporting tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with the Superintendent and project leadership.
Must pass a background check.
$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
Long-term contract role with consistent weekly hour
