Time Keeper (Remote)

Contract | Long-Term | Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)
Pay: $20–$25 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Time Keeper to support our operations team in accurately tracking labor hours, preparing daily reports, and ensuring timely documentation. This remote, long-term contract role is ideal for someone who excels in administrative accuracy and enjoys working with numbers and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Receive daily labor hours from the Superintendent and accurately enter all time data.

  • Maintain detailed records of employee and contractor hours across multiple projects.

  • Prepare daily reports outlining hours, rates, and total labor costs.

  • Generate daily cost summaries to support management decision-making.

  • Monitor hours for accuracy and compliance; follow up on discrepancies.

  • Support increased workload as needed—typically 20 hours/week, with potential increases to 30 hours/week during outages or peak activity.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all personnel and project information.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in timekeeping, payroll support, administrative coordination, or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet/reporting tools.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with the Superintendent and project leadership.

  • Must pass a background check.

Compensation

  • $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

  • Long-term contract role with consistent weekly hour
