We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to support and grow industrial accounts throughout West Virginia. This role will focus on the Charleston, Huntington, and Parkersburg markets, partnering with clients in industries such as oil & gas, metals, manufacturing, food & beverage, chemical, paper, and power generation.
The ideal candidate will take a consultative, client-focused approach, working closely with existing accounts while also identifying and developing new business opportunities. You’ll join a supportive team environment with strong leadership and long-term growth potential.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients in your assigned territory
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
Promote technical products and solutions in a consultative sales style
Develop territory plans, track activity reports, and analyze annual performance
Monitor competition and market trends to identify opportunities
Participate in ongoing technical and product training
Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver solutions
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
2+ years of outside sales experience
Knowledge of industrial processes, filtration, or related equipment preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Results-oriented and self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn ERP systems
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
Base salary $40,000–$50,000 + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE: $60,000–$80,000; top performers can surpass $100,000+ by year 3

We are targeting candidates who live in or near Charleston or Huntington, WV. Other West Virginia locations may be considered if the candidate can easily travel to accounts in these markets on a regular basis.
