Location: McKees Rocks, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 base salary + benefits
Our client, a small, privately owned industrial and commercial installation company, is seeking a Controller to join their team in McKees Rocks, PA. This on-site position offers the chance to take ownership of the company’s accounting operations while contributing to its continued growth and success.
The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Partner with leadership on financial strategy and business decisions.
Improve and implement accounting processes and internal controls.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience).
Proven experience in general accounting with solid knowledge of GAAP.
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, small business environment.
Base salary of $70,000 – $80,000
