Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Service Plumber to join our team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems while ensuring high-quality service and professionalism.

The position requires the ability to work independently, operate a trailer-mounted jetter, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems (drain lines, water lines, fixtures, etc.)

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, code-compliant solutions

• Operate jetters, drain cleaning tools, and other equipment

• Safely pull and operate a trailer-mounted jetter

• Maintain accurate service records, including parts and customer communications

• Provide excellent customer service on-site while working efficiently

• Participate in an on-call rotation every 9 weeks for emergency services

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial plumbing experience (service work preferred)

• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• Comfortable pulling and operating a trailer-mounted jetter

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
