Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team in the North Hills of Pittsburgh.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in the installation of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude are essential.

Schedule: 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and upgrade residential HVAC systems including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductwork.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper installation.

• Perform start-ups, testing, and adjustments to ensure systems function properly.

• Provide homeowners with system operation guidance and basic maintenance instructions.

• Ensure installations meet all safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer specifications.

• Troubleshoot and correct issues during the installation process.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper working order.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (preferred).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

• EPA certification preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and tight spaces.
