Install, commission, and train customers on new equipment
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on customer machines
Diagnose and repair control components (Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley)
Replace or rebuild machine components to restore full functionality
Provide remote support via PC, phone, or virtual tools (including VR glasses)
Communicate with customers to resolve technical issues, service needs, and parts inquiries
Support internal projects such as machine rebuilds and lab trials
Collaborate with engineers to develop solutions for equipment improvements
Submit detailed field service reports after each visit
Associate’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
3–5 years’ experience as a field technician (capital equipment experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and machine control systems
Experience with equipment installation, startup, and service is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel up to 75% (including weekends as needed)
