We’re seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, function, and reliability.
This role supports QMS compliance (AS9100/ISO9001), leads quality planning and inspections, and works cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage quality control processes and inspection plans
Maintain QMS documentation, training, and calibration programs
Conduct and review PPAPs and FAIs
Lead CAPA efforts for non-conformances
Oversee supplier approvals, audits, and inspections
Support internal and external quality audits
Supervise quality staff and daily operations
Requirements:
3–5 years of quality experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of QMS, root cause analysis, and corrective action tools
Engineering or related degree preferred; ASQ certifications a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Familiarity with NIST/CMMC is a bonus
