Job Title: Asphalt Laborer

Pay: $25–$30/hour (regular jobs); ~$60/hour with prevailing wage + benefits

We’re hiring hardworking Asphalt Laborers for road construction and paving projects in and around Plum, PA. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with competitive pay, especially on prevailing wage state jobs, where the total compensation package averages around $60/hour including wages and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with laying, spreading, and smoothing asphalt

• Operate hand tools and small equipment

• Clean and prepare job sites

• Follow safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a crew

Requirements:

• Previous asphalt or construction experience preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
