$41,000 – $46,000 + profit sharing & bonuses

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a focus on the oil & gas sector. In this role, you will assist customers by preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing exceptional support throughout the sales cycle. You'll work closely with field representatives, internal teams, and fabrication partners to ensure timely, accurate service and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on customer quotes and orders to build relationships and drive sales.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring all requests are fulfilled thoroughly and efficiently.
Support inside and field sales representatives with administrative, systems, and sales-related tasks.
Partner with the Sales Director to streamline transactional processes, including pricing, lead management, and order tracking.
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
Familiarity with the oil & gas industry, particularly midstream operations, is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proactive problem solver who enjoys thinking creatively to meet customer needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn sales platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Profit 21).
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
