Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice
Location: Downtown Pittsburgh, PA
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: Starting at $24/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all stages of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation
• Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and discovery requests
• Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and trial materials
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Prepare deposition and trial exhibits
• Manage deadlines and court filings

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury or medical malpractice
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
• Experience handling medical records and discovery
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania court procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
