Here are a few notes on the role:

Needs to be located within the Houston, TX area - this hire will help BML determine where they will open an office
They will help set the culture for the office
Open to downtown locations or Galleria
Ideally a Senior level person with experience running title in Texas and wants the opportunity to grow and lead a team
Levels: Attorney, SR. Attorney, Partner
Ideally will be a SR. Attorney with a growth path to partner
This role will be responsible for BD and bringing in work/clients as the office grows and will hire attorneys underneath them
Salary range: thinking $150k-$190k + bonus, but open for the right person.
