Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil/Structural Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs, drawings, and plans for civil and structural engineering projects.
Working closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders, you will play a key role in the development of infrastructure and building systems, ensuring that designs meet regulatory requirements, safety standards, and project specifications.

Salary:
- Designer: $30-$45/hour + benefits
- Senior Designer: $45-$60/hour + benefits
- Group Leader: $55-$65/hour + benefits
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed civil and structural designs, plans, and drawings using design software.
- Work closely with civil and structural engineers to translate design concepts into technical drawings and models.
- Ensure designs meet all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Review design work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Education & Experience:
- Associate's Degree from a trade school or college
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of civil and structural design principles and practices.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
