  • Demonstrated ability to design and program PLC systems from the ground up.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation PLC platforms.

  • Solid understanding of process control, instrumentation, and control loop design.

  • Proven ability to read, interpret, and implement control strategies from P&IDs.

  • Background that includes both engineering design and field execution/commissioning.

  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% nationwide.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting midstream Oil & Gas facilities and operations.

  • Previous experience working within an EPC project delivery model.

  • Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to build and scale technical teams.

  • Familiarity with SCADA, HMI development, and industrial networking.

  • PE license or progression toward licensure is a plus.

What This Role Offers

  • Opportunity to take a leadership position in building a new controls capability within a growing EPC organization.

  • Diverse project exposure across multiple industries and facility types.

  • Flexible remote work environment when not traveling.

  • High visibility role with direct impact on department growth and technical direction.
