Job Title: Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager – Infor (M3)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Location: 100% Remote
Overview:
A manufacturing client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager with deep Infor M3 expertise to support and lead ERP initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Infor M3 combined with proven project ownership. The ideal candidate can operate comfortably between business stakeholders and technical teams while driving projects from requirements through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ERP-related projects involving Infor M3, including planning, execution, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Act as the primary point of contact between business users (sales, operations, finance) and technical development teams.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications within Infor M3.
Provide hands-on support and configuration for Infor M3 modules, leveraging strong knowledge of system functionality and data structures.
Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
Develop and deliver reporting and data visualization solutions using SQL and BI tools.
Identify process inefficiencies and lead ERP-driven process improvement initiatives.
Support system testing, deployment, user acceptance, and post-go-live stabilization.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst and/or Project Manager supporting Infor M3 in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical expertise with Infor M3, including configuration, data structures, and integrations.
Demonstrated experience leading ERP projects or major system enhancements.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business leadership.
Ability to work independently and drive accountability in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or finance-focused M3 modules.
Background supporting ERP upgrades, migrations, or large-scale enhancements.
Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
