The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing electrical projects from conception to completion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems and components in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical project management and engineering.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE).

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with renewable energy projects or systems.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in North Carolina.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project).
