Job Title: Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Developer
Location: Downtown Houston, TX (Hybrid – Flexible Schedule)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Developer to join our team in Houston. This individual will play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and upgrading our Oracle EBS applications, with a strong focus on Fusion Purchasing Management and Procurement Modules. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and the opportunity to be a key contributor in an upcoming upgrade project to the latest EBS version.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Fusion Purchasing Management and Procurement Modules (currently on version 12.2.1).

• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.

• Support and troubleshoot issues across Procurement and Purchasing processes.

• Participate in the upcoming Oracle EBS upgrade project, ensuring a smooth transition to the latest version.

• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver solutions on time.

• Act as a self-starter and proactive communicator, effectively managing tasks while working independently and remotely.

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, with strong expertise in Fusion Purchasing Management and Procurement Modules.

• Proven track record of leading or contributing to Oracle EBS upgrade projects.

• Deep knowledge of Oracle Procurement processes, configurations, and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business users.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
