Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in control systems engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in control system design software such as MATLAB, Simulink, or similar.
- Experience with PLC programming, DCS systems, and SCADA systems.
- Strong knowledge of process control and instrumentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC, ISA, and ANSI.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the oil and gas industry or other heavy industrial sectors.
