  • Programming: C#, DAX, T-SQL

  • Database & Servers: Microsoft SQL Server (2019+), Windows Server

  • Data Integration: SSIS, AVEVA BI Gateway, external data feeds

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

  • 7+ years in automation or controls engineering in a manufacturing setting (food, CPG, or similar).

  • Solid PLC programming experience, particularly with Allen-Bradley/ControlLogix.

  • Strong skills in HMI development and object-oriented automation environments.

  • Experience with database querying and report development using SQL and Power BI.

  • Proven ability to manage data flow from factory systems to enterprise-level reporting platforms.

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to .NET development environments.

  • Previous work with AVEVA MES modules or comparable platforms.

  • Power BI certification or advanced proficiency in dashboarding, modeling, and DAX.

  • Familiarity with ETL concepts and data warehousing structures.

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support site implementations and upgrades.
