Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: Central US Region

Employment Type: Permanent

Job Summary:
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for equipment and systems in the Central US region. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems at customer sites.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to address customer needs and feedback.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate service records.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment and systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Central US region.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
