Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems/Business Analyst to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems solutions to meet business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement systems solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing and assist users in acceptance testing to ensure solutions are functioning as expected.
- Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure systems are modern and efficient.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance system utilization.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in system development life cycle methodologies and tools.
- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and business process modeling is a plus.
