Technical Recruiters (multiple openings) — Jacksonville, FL / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Our client, a 40-year North American leader in the staffing and consulting industry, is growing its delivery team and looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

In this role, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to placement and beyond — while acting as a strategic partner to clients. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys influencing hiring decisions, building relationships, and navigating complex technical talent markets.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing market insights and consultative hiring guidance
• Source, screen, and submit candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Bullhorn
• Independently manage recruiting workflows and prioritize a high-volume requisition load
• Manage contractor/consultant relationships through the full assignment lifecycle
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Bullhorn

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in engineering or technical disciplines
• 1+ years in an MSP and/or high-volume recruiting environment
• An assertive, hunter mindset and proven client-facing experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL or Charlotte, NC

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary $65,000–$75,000 plus uncapped commission, with realistic first-year total compensation in the $95,000–$100,000 range. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and weekly pay.
