Delivery Recruiting Manager | San Antonio, TX l Remote or Hybrid (must live is TX)

Our client, a Technology Staffing &  Solutions Company, is hiring a Delivery Recruiting Manager to own the engine that fulfills what our Business Development team brings in. This is a high-ownership leadership role covering the full delivery lifecycle — from requirement intake through candidate submission, interview coordination, and placement — for a fast-growing IT staffing firm recognized on the Inc. 5000.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end delivery for all active client requirements, from intake to placement, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Run daily standups, stack-rank submissions, and personally handle niche or executive-level searches when needed.
• Partner directly with the Business Development team on intake calls, pipeline updates, and closing conversations.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Technical Recruiters — setting goals, training on sourcing and closing, and building bench strength.
• Build and share Boolean search strings and sourcing strategy across LinkedIn, Dice, referrals, and niche IT communities.
• Report weekly/monthly KPIs (fill rate, time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio) to executive leadership.
• Heavy involvement in IT networking events.

What you bring:

• 4–5+ years of IT staffing recruiting experience, including 2+ years leading a delivery team.
• Deep understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets, with hands-on AI/Boolean/LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience.
• Strong operational instincts — process improvement, accountability, and a track record of high-output delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in daily lockstep with a sales/BD function.

Compensation: Base salary $80,000–$100,000 (based on exp, plus commission/bonus structure
