Our client, a successful and expanding staffing agency serving the West Texas market, is hiring three Light Industrial Recruiters to support continued growth and increased client demand.

With more open positions than the current team can handle, this is an exciting opportunity for recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting great people with great opportunities.

What You'll Do
• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and field-based positions
• Source talent through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placement activities
• Partner closely with clients and internal team members to fill open positions quickly and effectively
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking

What We're Looking For
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
