Our client is growing and looking for two high-energy Business Development Executives to help expand our presence across the Austin market.

If you're a true hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and winning new business, this is an opportunity to make your mark with a respected technology staffing and consulting firm that combines local market expertise with national recruiting strength.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and win new client relationships across IT staffing and consulting services
  • Create opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and in-person meetings
  • Partner with hiring managers and technology leaders to solve critical talent challenges
  • Sell contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and project-based solutions
  • Collaborate with a high-performing recruiting team to deliver exceptional results

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of IT staffing or technology services sales experience
  • Proven success generating new business and opening new accounts
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Driven, competitive, and motivated by growth and earnings
